When does an Action Plan coaching session make sense?

• Plan a strategy for how to put this new ROLE in place
• Role play a discussion with your boss about improving your ROLE or creating/taking a role
• Discuss positive ways to make your work better, and how to go about asking for/creating improvements

If you’re not sure if you should stay or go at your current job, use an Action Plan session to

• Get clearer about this important choice.
• Ensure you’re looking at all the options.
• Discuss and work through any fears that may be holding you back from choosing.
• Plan your further development and/or positive exit strategy.

If you know it’s time to leave your company, use an Action Plan session to

• Get clear about what you want in your next position and develop a high-level job search strategy to pursue work you’d like better, including ideas for connecting with companies who could hire you
• Plan out a new business idea (I’ve helped a bunch of people launch new businesses)

Here’s how the Action Plan Coaching session works:
