That comes not only because you’re in a beautiful setting, but also because you’ll be moving your body (in simple, gentle ways) to activate your mind. It’s like what happens when you’re stuck trying to come up with a great idea – then you go for a walk – and POOF – the idea comes to you.
• You’ll clarify what you’re moving away from, and what you’re moving toward. You’ll have the energy to say “goodbye” to what doesn’t fit, and you can channel it into what does fit for you, and say “hello” to that.
• You’ll have a bunch of great ideas to pursue when you return home. I wish I could tell you that you’ll come home with a new job. But, c’mon, it’s just five days.
