Cancellation Policy
Of course, we certainly want to welcome you to a workshop or teleclass series in the future, and we also understand that sometimes, plans change. Here is our cancellation policy as of
September 1, 2008:
Live, In-Person Workshops
You may
cancel a live, in-person workshop (non-virtual) Work from Within event up to fourteen (14) days in advance and receive a full refund of your payment, less an administrative fee of $25. To officially cancel, you must send an email more than 14 days in advance of the event to info@workfromwithin.com stating your intention to cancel and include your email address so that your refund can be processed. Processing may take up to three weeks.
If you cancel a workshop, teleclass, or other Work from Within event with less than fourteen (14) days notice, but more than (7) days notice, you can receive a refund of 50% of the fee, less a $25 administrative fee. In other words, on a $100 payment, you would receive $25 back.
(Calculating: 50% of $100 is $50, less a $25 administrative fee = $25). To officially cancel, you must send an email to info@workfromwithin.com between 14 and 7 days in advance of the event, stating your intention to cancel, and include your email address
and mailing address so that your refund can be processed. Processing may take up to three weeks..
No refunds will be given for cancellations of workshops,
teleclasses, or other Work from Within events with less than seven
days notice.
Virtual
One-Date Teleclasses & Webinars
If you are
registering for a one-session webinar such as "It's the Money,
Honey! Overcome the Financial Fears that Hold You Back From Changing
Careers," which occur on a single day (rather than a series),
you may cancel up to five (5) days in advance and
receive a refund of your payment, less a $25 administrative fee. To
officially cancel, you must send an email to
info@jobsearchgym.com
stating your intention to cancel and include your email address.
Your refund will be processed within three weeks. Less than
five days in advance, no refunds will be processed.
Virtual
Multi-Date Series
If you sign up for a teleclass or live
workshop that is a series (multiple sessions), full payment is due in advance, and is treated as a one-time payment. In other words, if you sign up for a 4-session class and only attend 1 of the sessions, you are not eligible for a refund of the other 3 sessions.
If you are
registering for a one-session webinar such as "It's the Money,

These cancellation policies do not apply to the
Job Search Gym.
Programs conducted for the Job
Search Gym are subject to their own cancellation policies.
