-
Enjoying a meaningful career?
-
Finding a partner to share your life?
-
Doing something beneficial for your
community and society?
-
Having plenty of money and freedom?
What are you doing to transform your
dreams into reality?
Learn how to
embody your dreams!
This workshop helps you
literally "get moving"
on your dreams, and gives you a way to bring them to life.
Discover
the "next steps" that will lead you towards your unique dreams. In
an emotionally and physically safe group setting, we will use
creative, playful activities to get in touch with our inner,
intuitive awareness that lives in our bodies at all times. This
inner knowledge can inform you about the directions, movements, and
steps that naturally feel right and move you closer and closer to
the dream you want to live.
This workshop
will help you to awaken your non-verbal wisdom, using movement,
visualizations, and other creative activities. Bring a dream,
especially one that feels deeply meaningful to you. A dream you
would d
like to get moving on, feel inspired about, or really reach towards.
Using a series of fun and experiential activities, we will explore
the intuitive wisdom inside ourselves. You will discover new ways to
energize your dreams and bring them to life. You will leave with a set
of daily practices that can help you tap into your intuition and
allow you to feel the power of your dreams.
