This seminar is for people who want to gain clarity about what's next and the confidence to pursue a new path.  You’ll learn an innovative way to conceptualize of career change, discover some innovative tools to help you sort out what’s possible for you, and find out how to increase your confidence in making a career shift.  Susan will present principles that have helped her clients achieve dramatic shifts.  She coaches over 150 clients a year, including a 25 year veteran PR manager who became an actress, a Hollywood executive who is training to be a physician, and a misplaced mechanic who now designs products with a leading Silicon Valley firm.  Of course, she’s helped scores of engineers to pursue work that energizes them.  Her magic is in helping people translate their passions into fulfilling actions.
