Do What You Love.  But What About the Money?

I often hear this from people who are following their own authentic career path: "So, I'm doing the work I love, but where's the money?"

You may know of Marcia Sinetar's classic book, Do What You Love, The Money Will Follow. I believe the word "EVENTUALLY" should be added to the title! I worried a lot about money as I transitioned from the corporate world to self-employment as a career coach.

Over time, I've learned to create prosperity during times of transition. Click here to read about my journey and how you can feel prosperous as you transition to work you love!

Getting Comfortable with Money

Do you tend to feel nervous about money? My friend Deborah Price created a quiz so you can discover your money style and how to thrive financially. I also suggest reading her book Money Magic. It can help you get more comfortable with your relationship with money.

I've enjoyed learning how to feel prosperous by reading the book Secrets of the Millionaire Mind, by Harv Eker. You can even sign up for one of his free teleclasses, and learn and apply the major "millionaire mind" techniques right away.

If you enjoy daydreaming about a future full of wealth, I can suggest the best book on manifesting what you want: Ask and It Is Given by Jerry & Esther Hicks.

I wish you total abundance in all areas of your life!
