Hello Hay House Insiders!

Do work demands make your stomach churn with fear and stress? Avoid taking on toxic situations by becoming more flexible and resilient. It’s as simple as shaking out the frustrations and breathing in new inspiration. Let’s explore how to access your whole-body wisdom for greater ease and enjoyment at work.

I have created these resources for you based on today’s discussion on the Work from Within show on HayHouseRadio.com:

First are some tools that you can use for quick stress relief when you need it most. When you experience stress – whether it’s an angry manager, a super-tight deadline, a frustrated customer, a computer that’s misbehaving – your mind, body, and spirit are impacted. When you shift any one of these three, the other two will also be affected.

Second, explore even more ways to tap into your body’s wisdom, with a set of the whimsical hand-drawn images on the Get a Move On! cards I created.

How do these resources help YOU tap into your body’s wisdom to become more flexible and resilient? I’d LOVE to hear from you! Drop me a line and let me know at Info@WorkFromWithin.com and share your story with me. I’ll happily send you back a note.

Wishing you well,
