1. No Purchase Necessary. Promotion begins on October 3, 2010, and ends on October 20, 2010 and all entries must be transmitted no later than midnight, Pacific Standard Time, on that date. The drawing is open to residents of the United States and Canada only (void where prohibited), and all entrants must be 18 years of age or older. Employees (and their dependents and immediate household members) of Work from Within, LLC, their advertising and promotional agencies, and sponsoring companies of this promotion are not eligible to participate.

2. Entering. To enter the drawing, complete and submit electronically the online entry form on the Work from Within site. One entry per household is allowed. Entries submitted using bot or automated technology are ineligible and may be deleted. Work from Within, LLC and Dr. Susan Berntein assume no responsibility for lost, late or misdirected entries or for any computer, online, telephone, or human error or technical malfunctions that may occur. All entries become the property of Work from Within, LLC and Dr. Susan Bernstein and will not be acknowledged or returned.

3. Prizes and Odds of Winning. The prize drawing will be held on or about October 21, 2010 for the prizes listed. The coaching sessions must be scheduled during times when Dr. Susan Bernstein is available, and must be used by December 31, 2010, or they will expire. Cash equivalents will not be awarded for any of the prizes. Substituting prizes is not allowed. Prizes are non-transferable. Odds of winning depend on the number of entries received. Drawing is void where prohibited. The drawing is conducted by Work from Within, LLC.

4. Validation and Acceptance. All prize winners will be selected in a random drawing. By entering, participants agree to be bound by these official rules. Potential winners will be notified directly and will be posted online on the Work from Within blog.

5. General information. Work from Within LLC and Dr. Susan Bernstein are not responsible for and shall not be liable for: (i) telephone, electronic, hardware or software program, network, Internet, or computer malfunctions, failures, or difficulties of any kind; (ii) failed, incomplete, garbled, or delayed computer transmissions; (iii) any condition caused by events beyond the control of Work from Within, LLC that may cause the prize drawing to be disrupted or corrupted; (iv) any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising in connection with or as a result of any of the prizes, or acceptance, possession, or use of the prizes, or from participation in the prize drawing; or (v) any printing or typographical errors in any materials associated with the prize drawing. Work from Within, LLC reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to suspend or cancel the prize drawing at any time if a computer virus, bug tampering, unauthorized intervention, or other technical problem of any sort corrupts the administration, security, or proper play of the drawing. Work from Within, LLC also reserves the right to disqualify, in its sole discretion, any person tampering with the entry process, the operation of the Web site, or who is otherwise in violation of the rules. By participating in the drawing, each participant agrees to release and hold Work from Within, LLC and Dr. Susan Bernstein harmless from any and all losses, damages, rights, claims and actions of any kind in connection with the drawing or resulting from acceptance, possession, or use of any prize, including without limitation, personal injury, death, and property damage, and claims based on publicity rights, defamation, or invasion of privacy.

6. Agreements. By entering this drawing, entrants are agreeing to be added to the Work from Within newsletter list and will periodic updates from Work from Within, LLC or Dr. Susan Bernstein about this drawing, special offers, or new products. Entrants may unsubscribe at any time. Entrant’s e-mail will not be sold or given to third parties.

7. Coaching winners. Winners of the coaching sessions agree to have their sessions audio taped for potential future broadcast and for any and all promotional activities of Work from Within LLC and Dr. Susan Bernstein, and waive all rights to any compensation or royalties.
