How Work/Life Balance Coaching Works
Work/Life Balance Coaching starts by identifying what’s most important to you. We look at how you are currently spending your time, and identify what’s robbing your energy, what’s feeding your energy, and what renews your energy. Over time, you begin to make better choices that help nourish you, so that you have the energy you need for self-care and for helping others.
Generally, work/life balance takes time to attain, with an average of three months needed to really feel back in synch again. We start with an in-person session to get acquainted and so that you can learn some simple – yet powerful – mind-body practices to help renew you. We then schedule weekly ½ hour check in sessions. During those sessions, we work on aligning thoughts, emotions, and even physical body sensations with behaviors. We look at how you are spending your time, what you are gaining from that time. You’ll learn new tools and processes to help you come into the work/life balance you desire.
